We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead for our growing team to lead Product Sales Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and sales targets for Life Insurance products, building a sustainable business model across Acquisition Relationship Manager segments, ensuring financial delivery and capability building among frontline teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Product Sales Specialists.
  • Accountable for driving Bancassurance revenue and sales volume targets for Life Insurance.
  • Development of plans to ensure financial budget is delivered to help build capability among the frontline teams for insurance.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail bankers and insurance service providers.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
