Job Description:
FILA WR Malaysia is seeking an accomplished Visual Merchandiser Executive to spearhead the development and execution of captivating in-store experiences across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. This role will oversee visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a consistent brand image across all retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement visually appealing store presentations that align with seasonal campaigns and brand directions.
  • Develop and maintain VM guidelines based on brand direction and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global VM team to uphold brand standards while tailoring visual merchandising strategies to the SEA market.
  • Strategically plan and execute retail projects, window displays, and in-store activations.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required. Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of VM principles, store layout planning, and fixture placement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
