Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides, to support IoT solution deployment and management.
  • Supervise and participate in hands-on system deployment, commissioning, and support activities.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure it is conducted properly by the technical team.
  • Conduct solution training sessions for clients.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate projects efficiently and provide regular status reports.
  • Perform problem analysis and troubleshooting as needed to ensure project success.
  • Ensure timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reporting meet the needs of all project stakeholders.
  • Manage aftersales support, including system support, preventive maintenance, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the business development unit to prepare demonstrations and execute proof-of-concept initiatives showcasing IoT solution capabilities.
  • Assist in providing technical suggestions and innovative ideas for IoT solution proposals, contributing to the development of robust and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with the latest IoT trends and advancements.
  • Strong understanding of IoT concepts, protocols, networking, and architectures, along with a solid conceptual grasp of technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated interest and capability in data analysis, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting.
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with RFID technologies and their applications in warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and API documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and commissioning IoT systems.
  • Capability to conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
