Job Title: Accounts Executive

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the accounting matters of the company, including month end or year-end closing process, financial statement preparation, audits, process management, and compliance to accounting, tax & other guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform full-sets of Accounts including preparation of Journal Entries and reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Manage cash flow, prepare budget & forecast report.
  • Involve in Payroll calculation and submission.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders for audit and tax matters.
  • Ensure proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Able to converse fluently in Mandarin.
  • 3-4 years of experience specialized in finance or equivalent.
  • Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office applications.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, hands-on and good team player.
Remuneration:

Up to MYR 4,500 (Basic) + MYR 500 (Fixed Allowance) = MYR 5,000
