The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and initiatives. They will be responsible for leading research in areas related to VBI and sustainability, including iTEKAD, micro financing, and sustainability-related financing facility.
They will also assist in formulating and updating internal policies related to VBI and sustainability, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance. Additionally, they will liaise with regulators, NGOs, organizations, and banks for collaboration opportunities.
The selected candidate will draft collaboration agreements/MoUs for projects that involve partnerships. They will also ensure internal policies and SOPs are established or updated in relation to projects involving funding and repayment.
Furthermore, they will prepare monthly and/or quarterly updates and/or reports on project progress to the HLISB management committee and regulator where applicable.
