This role is perfect for someone passionate about pop culture, lifestyle brands, and delivering memorable brand experiences that delight both kids and adults.

You will be responsible for managing campaigns, events, and partnerships that bring the Care Bears world to life, across retail, digital, and experiential channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, retail, on-ground) to drive awareness and sales.
  2. Plan and manage IP-driven brand activations, including mall events, seasonal pop-ups, and influencer campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with licensors, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand alignment.
  4. Build and manage partnerships with KOL, malls, and media.
  5. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and ROI.
  6. Oversee social media and content strategy for Care Bears Malaysia.
  7. Work closely with sales & merchandising to align promotional plans.
  8. Manage marketing budgets and timelines efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer brands, licensing, or lifestyle retail.
  3. Strong portfolio in brand building and experiential marketing.
  4. Experience working with licensed IPs or entertainment brands is a huge plus.
  5. Solid knowledge of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and event execution.
  6. Creative thinker, proactive problem-solver, and results-oriented.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
