Responsibilities
  • Ensure revenue recognition aligns with Groupe policies
  • Support the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting process
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Lead on month-end closing activities
  • Co-ordinate weekly Finance WIP sessions with business leads
  • Maintain relevant schedules such as WIP, Accrued Revenue, Deferred Income
  • Review and finalise client contracts
  • Maintain Master Data accuracy of clients and vendors
  • Support finance-related matters in business tenders
  • Ensure client billings meet client requirements
  • Assist with internal, external, and client audits
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the advertising industry is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM)
