We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team at Inter Island Group.

The successful candidate will provide expert consultation on documents required for visa applications and company business licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate immigration requirements from initial consultation to approval
  • Provide technical advisory drafts and preparation of immigration documentations
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for immigration cases
  • Review and answer enquiries regarding immigration documents
  • Properly file supporting documents and signed paperwork
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage Work In Progress Reports and Client Master Reports
  • Ensure billing requests are sent upon case completion

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in immigration
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience dealing with government authorities
