Job Overview

  • This role involves assisting in setting up the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Candidate must calculate fees and prepare NAV packs, as well as process capital calls and distributions.
  • The selected individual will also prepare and issue Partners' capital statements (PCAP).
  • Responsibilities include assistance in preparation of financial statements (FS) according to US GAAP/IFRS guidelines.
  • Candidate must also prepare ad hoc / customized reports for fund or investors.

Requirements

  • Fresh management graduate or Inter CA with strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Sound understanding of legal documents and interpretation skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and reporting.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented approach.

Deliverables

  • Zero issues in setting up the fund and its static data.
  • Zero breaks on NAV date. Monitor follow-up with internal teams, clients, or third parties for unresolved breaks.
  • Accurate and timely deliverables as per calendar agreed with clients.
  • Zero issues in IA review / SOC1 certification.
  • Zero escalations from clients / counterparts.
  • No material issues on NAV, FS, PCAP or any other deliverables.
  • Zero incidence of re-runs of above deliverables due to SS&C error.
