Company Secretary Assistant

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Company Secretary Assistant to join our team at ACCA Careers. As a key member of our corporate services division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the formation of new companies, including preparation and filing of statutory documents.
- Prepare, update, and maintain minutes, resolutions, and other statutory records.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including timely submission of statutory forms and returns.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, lawyers, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a license is an advantage.
