This position involves delivering exceptional customer service experiences as a Field Service Technician for Hiredly X. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and service for barcode equipment at customer sites, managing installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks, diagnosing errors, and building positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service for barcode equipment (printer & scanner) at customer sites.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Propose the service contract.
- Do & submit quotations to customers.
- Gather information on competitors (label, ribbon & printer) and old SATO printer models.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in related fields with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong service orientation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
- Possess own transport.
