Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Services: Participate in diverse transaction service assignments, including financial due diligence, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Corporate Finance Advisory: Analyze and provide corporate finance advisory services to clients, based on their financial goals and needs.
  • Project Management: Support management in planning and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with junior team members to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our FAS practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field (business, accounting, finance).
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing financial advisory services (or a combination of audit and advisory services).
  • Strong business-oriented mind and interest in developing/growing our FAS business.
  • A business level of English is required.
  • CPA, CA or similar certifications are a plus.

Experience Level: 4 - 7 Years of Experience
