About This Role

We're seeking a skilled finance professional to lead our global financial operations. As a senior finance manager, you'll oversee group consolidated financial statements, ensure accuracy and compliance with SFRS guidelines, and drive process improvements.

Your expertise will be essential in maintaining adherence to internal controls and governance policies. You'll work closely with our project team to identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee group consolidated financial statements preparation and review in accordance with SFRS guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate monthly management accounts for group entities, adhering to SFRS compliance and company policies.
  • Timely submission of financial data by each entity, providing guidance as needed.
  • Perform group-level analysis, including variance analysis, to provide insights to management on financial performance.
  • Liaise with external auditors for SFRS compliance and timely completion of audits for group consolidated statements and local statutory accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a finance role, with at least 3 years in audit and 2 years of commercial experience in group consolidation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems. Experience in SAP B1 will be an added advantage.
