Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team at Astek Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, experience with Apex coding, and the ability to perform standard administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Salesforce Flows: Develop efficient and effective Flows to streamline business processes.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Manage user permissions, security settings, and data management to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Custom Solutions Development: Utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create custom solutions that meet business needs.
  4. Integration and Project Management: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and manage development projects from inception to completion.
  5. Strategic Planning: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall Salesforce strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and DevOps tools like GitHub.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports directly to the Product Owner.
