Mirage Synergy Sdn Bhd invites applications from experienced Brand Managers to join our dynamic marketing team.

• Market Insights: Continuously gather and analyze market information, customer needs, and preferences to inform brand development strategies.
• Campaign Planning: Develop and execute campaigns, events, and customer contracts to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Performance Metrics: Generate analysis reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Foster close working relationships with the marketing team, event agency, sales team, and customers to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with the marketing department to allocate resources efficiently and maximize budget impact.
• Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team in preparing for customer meetings and offering product insights.

• Degree Requirement: A relevant degree, such as marketing or business administration, is compulsory.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field is necessary to demonstrate expertise and industry acumen.
• Field Expertise: Prior experience in the F&B or wine & liquor industry is desirable but not obligatory.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
• Intellectual Capabilities: Excellent analytical and creative skills, enabling the production of innovative and original ideas.
• Collaborative Abilities: A strong ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Campaign Development: The capacity to design and implement engaging campaigns for brands.
