We're looking for a seasoned Senior Specialist, People Advisory & Operations, to drive People Operations excellence at Funding Societies | Modalku. As the largest digital financing platform in Southeast Asia, we require an experienced professional to deliver exceptional HR services, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives. With offices in Malaysia and Singapore, this role will be crucial in ensuring seamless HR processes and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert HR advice and guidance to employees on various HR matters.
  • Resolve employee queries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures consistently, ensuring fair treatment of employees.
  • Identify potential HR risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Operations
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop efficient HR processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors for accurate payroll and taxation processing, and benefit administration in remote countries.
  • Process work permits and immigration matters timely.
  • Prepare employee dashboards/reports as needed.
  • Manage HRIS employee core database, maintaining accurate data and reporting analytics.
  • Represent the company during audits and regulatory checks.
  • Support HR-related initiatives with the HR team.
Project Management
  • Lead or support HR projects related to process improvement, automation, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage HR aspects of organizational changes, including communication, training, and transition support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in People Operations, with a background in a fast-paced environment with a multi-cultural workforce. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational abilities, proactivity, and time management skills.
