Job Description

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a highly motivated ESG Strategist to lead our sustainability efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement ESG strategies that integrate sustainability into our business model.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives across the Group.
  • Analyse climate risks, carbon reduction strategies, and renewable energy opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with ESG reporting requirements, sustainability frameworks, and corporate policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GRI, ISSB, TCFD, CDP) and ESG reporting requirements.
