Role Overview

This role is for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant looking for a new challenge. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, collecting payments, and analyzing receivable balances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Reconcile customer receivable balances to identify any discrepancies or errors
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and improve performance
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years accounts receivable experience
  • Degree/Associate Degree in Accounting Related Field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger systems (example: SAP) and procedures
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • PowerBI/Data analytics experience preferred
