Overview:
The Plexus Corp. is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Sourcing Manager. As a key member of our team, this individual will be responsible for sourcing materials suitable for corporate contracts and developing supply chain strategies to optimize costs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and select materials suitable for corporate contracts based on established criteria.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  3. Generate forecasts and purchase reports for management as required.
  4. Support sites in the region during critical component escalations.
  5. Maintain regional and global strategic supplier relationships.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics.
  • Strong experience driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrated expertise in commodity management.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • Project management experience.
