About This Job
We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our leading fintech platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our high transactionality platforms, networks, and IT infrastructure, ensuring the orchestration of incident resolution and providing first-level service desk support.
Job Requirements
- Relevant studies in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or similar field.
- At least 3 years of NOC experience in high transactionality platforms and 1 year in incident management.
- Experience with at least 3 of the following monitoring and visualization tools: Grafana, DataDog, Nagios, Looker, Pandora, and PagerDuty.
- Familiarity with service management tool JIRA.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
What You'll Do
- Monitor network, transactional systems, and IT infrastructure performance to identify potential issues.
- Execute daily operational activities required to manage IT services and supporting IT infrastructure.
- Manage communications with clients and internal stakeholders during incident resolution.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify root causes of incidents.
- Provide first-level support for service requests and incidents.
- Carry out routine network and platform maintenance tasks.
- Propose improvements in monitoring, incident management, and service desk support.
