The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in coordinating all vacancies in GBS APAC. This individual will partner with internal client groups through sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment and selection up to manager level positions, ensuring compliance with all applicable internal processes and policies as well as legal requirements.
This is a hands-on delivery role that requires the use of innovative research methods to identify top talent in the market. The successful candidate will target future hires employing a mix of techniques (competitor mapping, headhunting, networking, targeted advertising, social network building etc.) and influence them to consider Herbalife International, Inc. as their next employer.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function's business needs with global standardization.
- Own and drive recruitment activities from assessment of hiring need, through candidate identification and qualification, manager interview scheduling and feedback, offer construction and delivery.
- Select recruitment sources and techniques to effectively fulfill the client and the organization's staffing needs.
- Research innovative and cost-effective talent sourcing methods, develop networks, build databases and develop and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Present shortlists to hiring managers in a consultative manner adding real value to the recruitment process.
