NEXEA Venture Capital & Angel Investment Network is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant - Sales Team to provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Leader, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing emails.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses.
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets to track sales performance and progress.
- Assisting with special projects and events as required.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
