Job Summary
NEXEA Venture Capital & Angel Investment Network is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant - Sales Team to provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Providing administrative support to the Sales Leader, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing emails.
  2. Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses.
  3. Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  4. Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets to track sales performance and progress.
  5. Assisting with special projects and events as required.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  3. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
