">As a Retail Associate, you will be our brand ambassador, building meaningful relationships with customers and providing best-in-class support from the moment they step foot in the door until the moment they leave.
">Your goal is to share and spread happiness to customers visiting our store as you will be the face of our brand, and a champion of our mission and values.
">This role involves introducing and educating customers about our brand values and products, delivering a memorable experience to each customer, maintaining product knowledge, and assembling personalised products.
">You will also manage and process orders, liaise with customers, observe quality control, work closely with the e-commerce team, process stock, and ensure all data is captured accurately.
">To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of retail experience, a minimum SPM or Diploma holder, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in initiating conversations and building relationships with customers.
">You should be highly organised, have an eye for detail, and good problem-solving skills. You should enjoy working in a team and taking plenty of initiative, being a highly motivated self-starter.
">The ideal candidate is passionate about handcrafted works with quality craftsmanship, enjoys multi-tasking, and working cross-functionally. You should be available for at least five days a week and have full availability on weekends.
