About This Role

GAMUDA is currently seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
  2. Coordinate meetings and make travel arrangements.
  3. Prepare reports and other administrative tasks as required.
  4. Maintain the office in a clean and organized manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
