As an Administrative and Financial Specialist at LSA ENERGY GROUP SDN. BHD., you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, prepare and submit tax and regulatory filings, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and submit tax and regulatory filings, including GST, SST, and corporate tax returns.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and receipts, reconciling statements, and following up on overdue payments.
- Perform bank transactions and reconcile bank statements.
- Conduct timely and accurate analysis of monthly results to inform decision-making by management.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties in accounting activities.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Resourceful, with a positive and proactive approach.
- Accurate, efficient, and structured with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in a full set of accounts.
- Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Effective organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, preferably AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
