Live Chat Operator

The Live Chat Operator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat. This includes responding to customers' inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and documenting customer interactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean and English (written communication).
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within a BPO or call center setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
