Procurement Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team at MR DIY TRADING SDN BHD. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, IT operations, and retail management across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Department Head: Collaborate with department heads on related matters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the team.
• Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with the Malaysia Procurement Team to coordinate logistics, IT operations, and retail management activities.
• China Procurement Coordination: Liaise with the China Procurement team on various matters, including product knowledge and supplier relationships.
• Country Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with country partners, communicating effectively in English.
• Purchasing Support: Provide support to all purchasers, including audit SOP, logistics, travel arrangements, and other related tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Foster excellent relationships with team members from various departments and suppliers.
• Documentation Management: Ensure proper documentation workflow and filing systems are updated and well-maintained.
