Finance Executive Job Description

RighthirePlus is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
    • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Accounts Management:
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain precise financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage general ledger accounts to ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
  • Compliance and Audit Coordination:
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards to minimize risk.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and address any findings.
    • Contribute to the preparation of tax documentation and filings to ensure compliance.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring:
    • Track cash flow and create cash flow projections to ensure accurate financial planning.
    • Handle treasury tasks and maintain relationships with banking institutions to ensure efficient cash management.
  • Expense and Cost Management:
    • Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings to optimize financial performance.
    • Ensure expenses are controlled and remain within budget limits to maintain financial stability.
  • Systems and Process Improvement:
    • Assist in implementing and managing financial software systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities for improving financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background:
    • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
    • Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and managing accounts.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Skilled in using financial software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities:
    • Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Capable of interpreting complex financial data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent ability to convey financial information effectively.
