About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for assessing quantum of claims, conducting negotiations on claims settlement, identifying potential fraud claims, and reviewing policy liability.
- Assess quantum of claims based on documentation and reports from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.
- Conduct negotiation on claims settlement with workshop, third-party, and insured parties.
- Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers, and review policy liability.
- Attend to claims queries from customers, TP, agents, brokers, branches, and claims hubs.
- Obtain necessary claims documents from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.
- Assess claims based on documents/reports that support claims, i.e., medical, police, survey, sketch plan.
- Offer settlement to workshop, third-party, and insured parties.
- Proceed investigation and mediate complaints with resolutions.
