  • Oversee the provision of technical support on hardware, software, and all IT-related issues for HQ, Stores, and Warehouse.
  • Lead the development and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage user accounts, office 365 administration, company accounting, inventory, and POS system administration.
  • Develop and maintain operating systems, networks, troubleshooting, and firewall technologies.
  • Monitor critical jobs ensuring the uptime of all servers, network services, backup & restore, and systems interface between multiple platforms.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity.
  2. Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  3. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and escalate serious concerns to senior management.
  4. Work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, to provide continuous support during peak operational periods.
  5. Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned by management.
