Beryl's Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn Bhd seeks a highly skilled Tour Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning and coordinating tours with teams, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring exceptional customer relationships.

• We are seeking a proactive individual to plan and coordinate tours with teams, ensuring a consistent schedule for festivals, agencies, school holidays, and public holidays.
• The successful candidate will maintain, distribute, and control inventory of outreach materials, including stocks, promotional items, gifts, merchandise, and public relation materials.
• This role involves overseeing routine inventory reports to ensure stock levels are adequate based on projected and historic usage, tracking usage to submit timely reorders, and ensuring restock timeline requirements.
• You will report daily event activities via email, website, and blog, providing reliable activity updates to the superior.
• The ideal candidate will train and keep teams informed and up-to-date via periodic briefings and updates on daily activities undertaken during the tour.
• We require a professional to receive and process incoming orders from customers.
• A strong relationship builder is essential to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• The Tour Coordinator will maintain quality and inspect goods received from the warehouse department with proper handling and storage.
• This role involves assisting and arranging all goods tidily and creatively in the shop.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop at all times is crucial.
• The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and propose solutions.
• Attending to and following up on local and overseas customers' enquiries is essential.
• Providing excellent services to customers and handling their complaints promptly is vital.
• The Tour Coordinator will undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
