Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Expert to join our team at LanceSoft, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines using various tools such as Apache NiFi, Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS. They will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Extraction and Transformation: Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to extract data from various sources, transform it into usable formats, and load it into target systems.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS to gain insights and perform transformations on the data.
  • Collaboration with BI Team: Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to understand reporting requirements and provide data solutions that meet their needs.
  • Optimization and Troubleshooting: Optimize ETL/ELT workflows to improve data processing efficiency and scalability, and troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.
