Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include assisting on preparing monthly cost center reports, reconciliations for balance sheet items, and monthly working of recurrent related party transactions.
You will also be responsible for verifying budgets for non-purchase order invoices, assisting on checking all general ledger in profit & loss, and preparing financial information and ad-hoc reports upon request.
In addition, you will assist in preparing/compile audit and tax schedules together with tracking documentation required by auditor.
And assist to conduct Physical Asset Verification and ensure all transfer, write off and disposal of fixed assets RDWT forms compiled and submit to AFSB HQ for processing.
