Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Specialist to join our team at AA Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their medical needs and provide suitable health solutions.
  • Conduct basic health screenings and counsel customers on medication regimens.
  • Assist in daily operations, including coverage for other staff members as needed.
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments in a professional manner.
  • Communicate product promotions and ensure accurate communication to customers.
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Fully registered pharmacist under the Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board.
  • Hold a degree in pharmacy and be eligible for license A.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
