About Us

Our mission is to deliver seamless customer journeys across all interactions with Swift. To achieve this, we're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.
Your Role:
- Develop and implement software applications using the Salesforce platform.
- Work collaboratively with other developers and testers to ensure code quality standards.
- Analyze problems and propose solutions to senior team members.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for team members, management, and customers.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach by working closely with internal customers.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of IT development experience.
- Solid programming/coding experience in Apex & JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge in DevOps, branching strategies, continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
