At Least SPM or STPM Equivalent: A strong foundation in IT principles and concepts.Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience: Proven track record in IT technical support, preferably in a similar role.Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required, with Mandarin being a must for communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.
