The successful candidate will develop and implement an operational risk management framework that encompasses policies, methodologies, processes, and tools for effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce policies, methodologies, processes, and tools for operational risk management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely operational risk reporting to stakeholders.
  • Implement control measures to mitigate operational risk to within the risk appetite of the Bank.
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting with business/support units.
  • Analyze anomalies, critical, potential emerging risks, and recurring operational risk cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Risk Management.
  • Professional certification in Risk Management or relevant operational risk sub-categories.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
