Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Payable Analyst to join our Financial Services team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring account payable management around the world is processed on time while maintaining the quality of services rendered to stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
The Account Payable Analyst will be responsible for:
- Managing account payable transactions and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with vendors and internal departments to build strong relationships and drive process improvements
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and enhance vendor relationships
- Participating in the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within accounts payable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
