About the Role
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Act as the first-level assessor for Attestation of Compliance (AoC) and engage with internal and external stakeholders for smooth onboarding.
  • Promote process improvements and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes assisting in new service implementation and project planning, as well as monitoring onboarding performance and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, IT, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial, banking, or payment services industries, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills, with an added advantage of project management experience.
