About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Management Executive to join our team at Port of Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing sustainable transformation and culture change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy to drive business excellence and improve performance.
  • Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives to embed a new culture and transformation elements, including Vision & Mission, Core Values, Way of Working, Safety, Digital, and ESG.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and knowledge in transformation management.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT policies to protect the organization's information and assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in culture transformation, transformation planning, and implementation, and strategic management.
  • Change management certification is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.
