Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring seamless integration with our internal system.
  • Coordinate the application and renewal of work visas, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Administer employee leave and training records, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee medical and other insurance plans, ensuring alignment with Company policy.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for senior management, providing valuable insights into key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training programs.
  • Create personalized learning experiences that foster learner engagement and desired outcomes.
  • Pioneering technology-enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, resolving any issues or errors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strict adherence to statutory compliance regarding payroll, guaranteeing regulatory excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as required, such as preparing work certificates.
