As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and execution of FP&A services. You will facilitate and manage communication and issue resolution between our external vendors as well as internal customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Own the end-to-end FP&A process with minimum supervision.
  2. Manage the FP&A portfolio and maintain strong customer relations & business acumen.
  3. Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision.
  4. MIS/SLA Reporting - Monthly / Weekly / Daily and Dashboard preparation
  5. Analyses business trends; prepare financial forecasts/ planning processes with business teams. Provide reports and support in presentations providing financial and analytical insights.
  6. Budgeting and forecasting – support planning process, target setting, working with business to receive details, systems uploads, reports and presentations to enable business to review plan, understanding of financial metrics, KPI's and drivers.
  7. Reporting – prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, including financial statement, variance analysis, and key business drivers.
  8. Dynamic environment – exhibit proactive and learning skills that are flexible and adaptable to a changing business dynamic, develop knowledge and support adhoc queries.
  9. Ability to perform in strong business partnering roles and deliver activities timely and accurately.
  10. Identifies and executes upon operational improvement opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.

English language skills (verbal and written).

Good to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders.

Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.

Must be a positive and energetic team player.

Good Interpersonal Skills.

Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude.

Preferrable experience of working in Microsoft Dynamic 365, SAP, S4HANA.

Knowledge of Analytical or Automation tools.
