Job Summary:

The Micro Analyst position is responsible for conducting microbiological testing and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct air monitoring and particle count following the micro sampling plan
  • Perform micro testing, swabbing for fillers/predosers, CIP waters following the micro sampling plan
  • Conduct micro testing for cooling tunnel/warmer and others according to the micro sampling plan
  • Conduct micro testing for water treatment, finished goods, toll packer product, simple syrup, final syrup, quasi syrup, trade sample product and others according to the micro sampling plan/requirement

Requirements:

  • Minimum National Diploma/BSc In in Microbiology or Food Science/Food Technology
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Microbiology; beverage/food manufacturing environment or related field
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged
  • Analytical skill especially in microbial field
  • Team player and able to work with different level of people
