About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Singapore and Thailand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Intercompany invoices, following up with PO Creator/IC Partner on invoice issue resolution, and performing other AP activities such as 3rd party invoice processing and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions for the invoices.
  • Resolve all queries and requests coming via email/calls.
  • Review and validate essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
  • Follow finance and compliance policy and documentation list to validate the payment requests.
  • Perform month end closing activities.
  • Provide internal or external audit support.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in Bahasa Indo language.
  • Sound understanding of the end-to-end PTP process and policy.
  • Graduate with specific process and accounting experience.
