Job Description:

At Career Horizons, we are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa service team, you will be responsible for providing professional-quality treatments that meet the highest standards of safety and comfort.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships with clients and consistently following up with them to ensure their needs are met.

You will also be responsible for recommending products and treatments in accordance with client requirements, maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products, and cooperating with fellow staff to report any arising issues.

Furthermore, you will acknowledge relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations, maintain documentation and maintenance of clients' files, suggest and promote retail products and additional services, and uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
