Basic Salary: RM 2,500 and above per month
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Damansara City Mall. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the automotive industry or related field
- Certification in sales or marketing
