we are seeking an experienced accounts executive to join our team in animation international (m) sdn bhd. the successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, managing general ledger functions, and tracking cash collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • perform daily accounting tasks, including transaction recording and reconciliation
  • manage general ledger functions, including data entry and reporting
  • track cash collections and maintain accurate records
  • prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and credit notes
  • ensure all expenses are properly documented and approved
  • update petty cash, cash book, and bank reconciliation on a daily basis
