Revenue Growth Leader

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess at least a bachelor's degree in business studies/Banking/Insurance or equivalent with necessary & relevant licenses. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams is essential. Strong leadership skills, good organisational ability and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions are also required.
You should have at least 10 years of experience in insurance/finance/banking or sales industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Good negotiation skills and influencing skills to drive sales are also necessary. Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects is desirable.
