About the Role

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Process Development Engineer looking to take their career to the next level. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining tooling and fixtures, supporting MPDE teams and ensuring machine stability on production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with vendors to set up and debug automation machines.
  • Support manufacturing teams during pilot runs and production start-ups.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems for automation lines.
  • Maintain effective communication across the company.
  • Ensure smooth operation of automation equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and trouble-shooting.
  • Familiarity with Vision Inspection, Programmable Logic Controllers, Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices.
  • Knowledge of Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software for 2D and 3D drawing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills.
  • English language skills, able to read technical materials.
