Job Overview

Sunway Education Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and management of sales and marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the team lead and contribute to the development of the team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that align with institutional goals.
  • Collaborating with team members to expand outreach and build strategic partnerships.
  • Managing leads and converting them into enrolments.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer behaviours.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Participating in institutional events and promotional activities.
  • Advising customers on educational opportunities and options.

Requirements:

  • Graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in a marketing role, preferably within a dynamic environment.
  • Native English speaker (proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Able to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating compelling presentation slides and delivering presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
